Dear Harry,
I understand what you said to me before about what ada and charles would do but i still don’t understand how the cipher could be deformed as there are 27 variations of trigrams yet 26 letters in the alphabet. please may I have some help on that?

Harry or anyone who has solved 10B, I know the cipher, but how on earth are we supposed to transpose it( if that’s what we’re actually meant to do)

I now completely understand what case file 10.8 is alluding to but have no idea what to do from there. Is the title ‘The Report’ a clue. For those who can’t understand 10.8, simply research what has been added in the order you see them. Harry censor as much as you want.
Harry, I have tried many things and the only lead I have got is that in every block of 3, I removed the ones that didn’t have all 3 symbols \,/ and | in it.
Can you tell me if I’m going on the right track? Fell free to censor as much as you want if this gives too much away.That is certainly one way to get the blocks balanced, but it is not the only way! Harry
Harry, I can’t really think of any other ways to balance the needles out so it point to a specific place. Will you please give us a hint on that?
If you can’t do it by deleting them, and you probably shouldn’t just add symbols yourself, what else could you do? Harry
And is one of the combination of / | \ a stop symbol?Because in the research it says there should be a stop symbol so there will be 26 combination left which the alphabets will fit?
There could be a STOP symbol, but in this text there isn’t one. Only the letters A-Z are used. Keep trying, Harry
Still stumped as to how we actually group the /|\ together like others above. Deleting them and adding symbols is not an option, but there are still so many ways you could group them together and because there’s then another step between regrouping them and fully deciphering the message its impossible to tell if you’re on the right track. A tough one for sure
If it was impossible that would be very mean, but thankfully it is actually possible! There is a key feature of the symbol groupings that considerably reduces the possibilities. But perhaps I am saying too much. Harry

I do understand case file 8 it’s just the trigrams confusing me. how do you suggest I should look at case file 10.8?
the cipher is definitely obvious, it’s just the trigram arrangement. I am so sorry about how desperate I am. Happy new year

Harry please may you give us some suggestions on how we should look at the casefiles 10.8? Seeing it, all I can understand is what cipher it is and nothing else

Happy New Year.I wonder whether Case file 10.7 suggests that each “brick” represents one single letter. Another thing that confuses me is that there are 27 unique combinations for three characters, and adding or deleting will result in losing information. I suspect that rearranging may be how to balance the number of characters appearing in every trigram. However, a 27-charactered “brick”, for example, has 2.429E18 unique configurations, which makes this idea very unlikely to be correct (unless this cipher is that mean). I will be really grateful to hear some advice, Harry.
