I understand the clue in the case files but i am really struggling to find any keywords that work. Is there a different letter i must omit, do i have to continue on the alphabet from the keyword. Are there any keywords i am missing?

If you understand the clue in the case file then you know what is needed – getting the keyword will begin the key to a solve

I had assumed that you knew what type of cipher 10A is from your very first post, but obviously you do not!

Take another look at the 10.1 Case File, could it be a USA key and not a UK one?
