Having solved 10A and reading the Case file 10.1 my mind wondered off to the math sequence ‘see say’
and wondered what the heck! Then the picture dawned on me, yeh ha ha.

Here’s a clue, if this comes through. Case file 10.1, is an obscure one. The first result it may be, simply search what you see. (And make sure to include the type of that key)

Case File 10.1 should tell you what type of cipher it is, just think like an American.
