Hi,
I think I know what cipher this is but the hint on the case files is rlly baffling. I tried many words that might be useful to look up but nothing seems to work.
Any suggestions?

Hi, I have solved Part A, but sadly, I haven’t solved Part B yet, so here is a little hint for those who need it.
Research different variants of ciphers that have come up so far because, as the tips mentioned, “It is not completely unrelated.”
I haven’t given away much so hopefully Harry will let this through.I think we have something of the same name in France in our hospitals.
