AnjiniM that is what i thought but it seems rather odd that the text would be 7056 characters long(if we substituted chunks of 3 into letters). I believe there is an extra layer of encryption or i am just missing something. Harry might not let this through but in each section of 7056, there is exactly 2352 of each character and in each of those sections there is exactly 784 of each character and so on(roughly).
