Challenge 6 is the last one this year with instant feedback. “Oh NO!” we hear you cry! “What if we make a mistake?”
The answer is that we will continue to give feedback, but from Challenge 7 onwards it will be delayed. In general if you make a mistake, you will be told that, but we will not give you any hints about where to find the error, and you will need to investigate it for yourself. The feedback will appear in your user account after the next points boundary has elapsed. So if you submit your Challenge 7 solution before 11pm on November 29th and it has a mistake in it, we will publish the feedback after 11pm on that day. There is nothing to stop you finding your own mistakes and resubmitting, so if you don’t want to wait for the feedback and you manage to resubmit before the points deadline then you still have a chance for full marks.
The same idea applies at each points boundary, so take care and try not to rely too much on the feedback system from now on.
