I understand the clue in the case files but i am really struggling to find any keywords that work. Is there a different letter i must omit, do i have to continue on the alphabet from the keyword. Are there any keywords i am missing?

If you understand the clue in the case file then you know what is needed – getting the keyword will begin the key to a solveHarry might censor this, but I don’t think there’s any need to omit letters

Does anybody know if the keywords are related to the phrase ‘The best laid plans’?
That would be telling, especially if they go very very wrong!
BTW you only need one keyword.
Have you tried just brute forcing it?
