This is just my guess from researching in the internet but it is most likely a Slash and Pipes Cipher.I am still trying with Excel.So good luck for 9B!
I’m actually quite suprised at your idea. I understand it logically and from my own research, but if you go onto the case files section, the apparatus is slightly different (I dont want to spill too much so you can still work it out yourself). Also, how do you know the difference from, say, A and C, or where H starts and when E continues? Is it just trial and error? Hope it goes well anyways! I’ve not completed 9B either, so we can suffer together. Good Luck!
